We aim to despatch all orders within one working day. Orders are sent by Special Delivery 2nd class Royal Mail post and must be signed for. Generally UK orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.

For overseas orders, we use the Royal Mail internationally tracked service. Delivery times will vary, as they are subject to factors outside our control, such as Customs. We can confirm that recent shipments to locations as far as Japan and the USA have arrived within 10 days.
Stock Policy
Although we hold many items in stock, on occasions it may be necessary for us to obtain the item to fulfil your order - we aim to despatch these orders within 2-3 working days. If your item will take longer, we will contact you and offer you the option of a refund.
